Serena Weng brings over 14 years of experience in real estate. Before embarking on her journey as an entrepreneur, broker, and investor. Serena served as a Marketing Sales Partner and Deputy Investment Director for over a decade at Vanke, one of China's largest real estate developers, with a market cap exceeding $20bn. She successfully sold over 16 residential projects with a combined value of $5bn.

Serena has deep expertise in real estate investment and strong connections in the finance and technology sectors. She works closely with professional investors, entrepreneurs, and clients from the financial and tech communities.

Serena completed her MBA at Columbia Business School, with a focus on Financial Investment and Real Estate Analytics. Outside of work, Serena enjoys skiing, golf, tennis, and skydiving.
